Our goal; To create an accident-free work environment by introducing Occupational Health and Safety measures that are applicable, consistent and in accordance with all legal regulations and relevant conditions.

All our employees are made aware of Occupational Health and Safety. All employees are auditors of themselves and each other in implementing the decisions taken. Thus, it is aimed to create a security culture.

Not only employees, but also everyone in the work environment, including managers and visitors, are responsible for all work on Occupational Health and Safety, taking and complying with precautions, and we act with this awareness.

Polat Plastik management provides all the necessary equipment and equipment to carry out work on Occupational Health and Safety and supports these works with training.

Necessary occupational safety training, which complies with the articles and annexes in the legislation regarding occupational health and safety, is regularly provided to its employees.
